In here I have posted my mechanical CAD works, as well as one mechatronical. It is in fact my CAD portfolio. Unfortunately it is in blog section, because it was easier to put it there than create special tab for it, but at some point I think I’d like to create one. If you are on dark mode, the pics gonna get colors on mouse hover.
Screw jack
was the first project for Basic machines construction.
Everything about this project can be found in the following link:

Transmission
They were passing projects for basic machines construction. Second one was made on my own, without needing to pass this subject, because I did not like the appearance of the first one. First one was made to be manufactured as simply as possible, the second one was made for good-looking. Both of them can be disassembled using 2 wrench/hex wrench
Additionally I make calculations gears, bearings and keys using Google Collab and Inventor tools. Everything about this project can be found on the following link:

PS. CWP is shortcut for Centralna Wytwórnia Przekładni which in polish means more or less: Central Transmission Manufacture, and it is a follow up to CWS T1, which was builded to be as simple as possible.
Strut for BMW E36 318is
It was my first project made for my past car - BMW E36 318is. I needed this strut, because the car was not stiff enough. Project has a lot of mistakes and things which should be reprojected:
- instead of constant distance between main rod and strut there should be a next screw parallel to the main rod,
- mounting point should be wide enough to fill the gap between rod and strut,
- FEM model was generated using 500 N which is not calculated value, because I abandoned this project after I had to sell this car.
MAF to MAP in BMW E36 316i conversion using Arduino UNO
With my friend we wanted to convert an old-fashioned flap E36 M43b16 potentiometer to MAP sensor from Kawasaki ZX1000. Main reason to do this conversion was power losses caused by pressure losses in the intake system made by flap potentiometer. Unfortunately the first measurements were made by my friend using the program without delay, so I wrote a second program to measure and compare voltage characteristics of both sensors, but the car was sold, so we were not able to use it in practice. Finally this project appeared to be too complex for Arduino UNO.
